Return and Refund Period:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our shop through our online support within one week after receiving your item.

Refund for Cash on Delivery Payments: within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Refund for Credit Card Payments: within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible only for the return shipping cost.

If the Defect Is Due to Our Shop’s Negligence

If the defect is caused by our fault (for example product damage), we will replace the product if available or refund the purchase price if replacement is not possible.

Please use a shipping method with a verifiable tracking number to avoid loss. Please also carefully package the item and mark fragile items accordingly. If the item arrives without a prior damage notice in the return reason, exchanges, returns, or refunds cannot be processed.

Changes Requested by Customers

Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes requested by customers.
If you wish to change the size after receiving the product, please return the ordered item and place a new order for the desired product.


Order Cancellation

Since we begin preparing shipment after sending the order confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled or changed afterward. In such cases, the item will be treated as a return.

For cash on delivery orders, payment is made in cash upon receiving the goods.
If the order address and delivery address differ, please confirm this in advance.
