Question 1: How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Once the goods arrive at the distribution center, a tracking number will be assigned and shipping will begin.

If the item is out of stock, we will order it from the manufacturer and wait for its delivery. Popular items may sell out quickly, so the waiting time may be 1–3 weeks.
